Finally reattached the sway bar (thanks to GM for shorter endlinks), no more metal on metal noise when I turn and the whole front end feels tighter, and got my alignment to where it doesn't pull hard any more and the wheel is straight (thanks to Erik for that). Soooooo much better to drive now.

If I get this job, I'll be moving to WV and commuting everyday to work. I already told my wife a 2 car garage is the minimum. I need to be able to work on the vehicles.
