My website is by no means means meant to become the next stance website. I am a writer personally and I wanted a place where I could write my thoughts on all things cars and stance. I have the HIGHEST respect for Stanceworks and everyone on here. I am not trying to come on here and pitch my site all over. I just wanted some honest feedback on how you all thought I could make it better. If you go look at my site you'll see that I wrote an article on Stanceworks earlier about how great this site is. I came to this forum and posted this thread seeking your guys help and wisdom, not to promote my site. So thank you to all of you who posted helpful feedback, I greatly appreciate it, and to those of you who didn't contribute to the conversation or at least try and give me feedback, why not just keep those thoughts to yourselves? I thought this was a community, not a damn trial.

Again, it's gonna be hard to get positive feedback on creating a new blog. Unfortunately there are a lot of people taking advantage of this "trend" in some eyes. When you go to your blog and see every google-ad plugin known to man up on your site, it looks like your taking advantage of your viewership. That immediately puts a bad taste in the viewers mouth. If you are serious about continuing your blog, hold your standards high, get rid of all the advertising crap, think outside the box and help evolve the scene with dynamic writing and content that no else has. Nah, it's just a lot of people come on here and try to pitch their websites to us. It's not a competition but still, it's the principle. The owner of StanceNation started on StanceWorks. We taught him how to stance his car and then he started advertising SN on SW all over the place. Quite disrespectful in my book. That's what I get out of this at least. Oh and what Ben said.

Tyler-- I think what the guys are trying to say is that you are a little late to the party, if you want to start a "stance blog." There seems to be 2-3 new ones popping up daily, all doing the same thing. While I'm sure your intentions are pure and you are just wanting to do your best to contribute, creating a new stance blog is not going to be received well. Instead of using your time, efforts and money towards a redundant blog, I would encourage you to get out in your garage and get to wrenching on whatever 4-wheel automobile you have.
