For real. It's pretty sick, but why not ticket THAT guy? There are max height laws too. Cops just like to ticket anybody with a nice "fast looking" car.

This sucks. I figured it'd happen in California, but the TL in Richmond scares me. I don't know anyone in MD who's gotten pulled for this, but I'm sure it's happening.
