I'm from Denmark, and me and 3 other guys are starting a stance meet called "Cruise control". The plan is to drive from our capitol Copenhagen] to the highest point Skagen, a little drive of about 350km's .. The plan is stopping around cities on the route, so other can join the convoy.. We have build a website were people can sign up and sign in at cities where they will be joining..
But when we look at the events in the states, they seem so organized, and there are so many people participating. How do you guys advertise, where do you get your sponsors, how do you get all people "in place" when you get to a location? - And do you have any advise to 3 rookies at the meeting scene?
