DPE barrels???

[Montreal e36]

Don't know if this is the right place but I just purchased some used DPE R16's 19x8/10 and realized one of the 10's has a higher offset than the other where can I find a barrel or machining service to correct this (I am looking to match the lower offset 19x10).

**update** realized these are 2pc welded so I guess I need it re-welded to a different offset
