About to purchase a 350z, anything I should be looking for?

I may be picking up a 2003 350z this weekend, which I'm getting a pretty decent deal on from a family friend. I just got back from doing a test drive and overall visual inspection. It drives great and overall looks in great shape. It's a 120k, normally maintained and inspected. From some of the searching I've done some research on the engine and the car itself, and they seem like they're pretty reliable past 100k.

I'm just seeing if there are any s/w members with further knowledge on z33s and issues they might have. Thanks.
