WTB: Work Euroline DH Center Caps

I picked up a set of Work Euroline's the other day and two of the centers are missing the black 'Euroline' cap. I'd like to buy a set of (4) good ones. If anyone also has a set of (80) lip bolts, (24) center cap fake bolts, or (8) center cap fasteners, I'd be interested as well. Picked them up as a project and looking to refinish them.
