1984 528e 5 speed $4500 OBO
-Clean title, original CA plate. Purchased in Santa Barbara in the 80s and was a SoCal car its entire life until I moved to the Bay Area a year ago.
-Alpine white, super shiny and well taken care of paint
-Euro headlights with city lights hooked up properly
-IS air dam
-E12 chrome mirrors and door handles
-AC blows cold. Heater does not work as I had to bypass the heater core when it failed (blower works, however).
-BC Racing coilovers
-exact mileage unknown due to broken odometer gears when I bought the car. My estimate is around 200k.
-Interior is a 7/10. Seats are getting a bit faded. Carpet is still tan, could never source black carpet. New OEM floor mats.
-One small dent on the rear drivers side door
-Driveshaft vibrates under load, but I just bought a newly rebuilt one that will be included with the sale.
-15x8 et -19 billet aluminum wheels with 185/55 Yokohama S drives. One tire recently got a nail in it and needed to be replaced ASAP so that I could get to work, so the right rear tire does not match.
-LED Glow million color interior and exterior underglow kit. Bluetooth unit, so it can be controlled from your smartphone and you can choose any colors/patterns/etc. that you want.
-Aftermarket head unit. Amp and sub in the trunk (however I will be keeping the sub). System sounds great and like the PO said two years ago it will "really knock your dentures out."
-I've owned the car for 2.5 years. It was in really bad shape when I bought it. I swapped the interior from pearl beige to black, the dashboard from insanely cracked to only three cracks, fixed multiple mechanical issues, and now the car runs and drives great. I have driven it to socal and back at least 10 times now and it has never given me any problems. I also have used it as my commuter to work and school since I bought it in mid 2013.
