This may be true that clean examples are upwards of the $20k mark, but let's face the reality when selling a modified car. You can never expect it to be factored into the 'value' of a car as opposed to an asking price.
There is no doubt in my mind that when priced individually, the RS 212/198 combo will easily get him $3k if parted out. And true, the S54 swap may be costly, but only a select few people will pay that premium to have a S54 swapped E30 M3.
Either way, I wish you good luck on your sale brother, really sad to see this car go. I hope you get a premium for it

That GC kit was like 2k as well. All that EVO stuff adds up as well.
The reactions are understandable. Not alot of people know how much a clean stock E30 M3 will go for.

$35k is not a "give-away" price. It is a price that reflects a 1 of 1 car that will have a very small demographic interested in for what it is.
