don't let the milage fool you guys, I track mine with almost the same exact milage & keep it at redline through countless shifts for 30min. at a time.

even the regular maintance lasts a very long time on these cars. as you can see by his list, by the time you've hit 200k. miles, all the worry areas have been addressed.

this would be a very easy car to pick up & roll hard in for a price that is difficult to beat, & then it still wouldn't be anything close to the 'best handling car at any price' all throughout our era of the 90's.

these cars share almost identical chassis' with our younger brother, the E46 M3, which should tell you BMW did these right from the start.

he's already got the rollbar, the lip & wing everyone wishes for, nice stance, & good paint while still - remaining functional, as well as an easy ability to make it all your own. easy 5yr. ownership with little worry for anyone considering purchase.

outside of the car, I briefly met the owner of this @ H20i this year - easily able to tell he's a very genuine guy that won't bullsheit you & knows how to appreciate/ maintain his car. watched it every time it cruised down the strip, wishing to have rolled beside him in my weekend track car, which again is at the 200k. mi. marker.
