Just installed Tein S-Tech lowering springs, had an alignment, changed the oil and repaired some headliner that started sagging.(common on e36's)
Will be putting new shocks and headliner in before in of the year.

-Engine is stock M52 with Cold air intake
-Has had head and valve cover gaskets replaced
-Coil pack replaced
-New plugs
-Dual tip cat back exhaust deep and sounds great
-Transmission is 5 spd Stock
-Wheels-Style 41 (streamlines) in good shape
-Have all four center caps new from bmw
-Car has oem carbon fiber m3 spoiler
A very rare sporty spoiler.
-Dove grey leather interior
-Does have minor wear on drivers seat and center arm rest
Lighting- all from bavarian auto parts
-50/50 oem style red clear tails---Gave stock to a guy in need
-Clear oem style corners----------Have stock ambers
-Clear oem style side markers----Have stock ambers
-Block off panels for fogs
-Bad

Also crack in the front bumber
Headliner sags
dent in nose panel but I have a new nose panel and grill to go with it.
Minor dings
Car has two CEL's on
One is check control. I recently got the tail lights and when I ordered the bulbs one was slightly bent at the end so I haven't got around to putting a new one in but that's for that code.
The other is for no catalytic convertor
