your parents sound pretty reasonable to me, cars that are "stanced cars" are cars that don't need to be used, they are just around to enjoy. and trust me your mom is not going to enjoy: coil overs, replacing oil pans, frame scraping, tires rubbing, ect.

My mom went on the cruize once and then on the way back she couldnt get a flight back home. So I had to go pick her up from Long Beach in my car.
Drive back was awesome!

i'm thinking about all the cool cars you could buy for 8-12k, and then for 2-4g have someone put it on air, and what ever is left over you can buy fancy wheels with.

then i think if i had 15gs i would save up for a w211, then i think 15gs in the bank would be much nicer.

My girl learned how to drive a standard on my cobra and m3 and was driving the m3 fine by herself within a couple days. Just sayin.
