I'm glad you're having a good experience with them, lolOriginally posted by TonyG View PostI'm on JOMs at the moment. They're worth it for the money you pay, but like everyone else is mentioning, it depends on the car. So at least for an E30, the JOMs are a good buy. I have mine set all the way down in front and no adjuster in the rear. I may make further modifications to bring the front down a little more. The adjusters arent the best quality or material, so I just made sure to be delicate during the install. I also clean them off from time to time.
As for as ride, theyre amazing. A little soft in the rear, but thats in a vert. Most guys I know buy the vert kit for their hardtops for the higher spring rates.
When I had my old e30, I was everything but impressed with them.
I don't see why people don't save up a little more and buy some quality coils

I got Rokkors on my e39, maxed out front and back and ride really really well. Had three passengers the other day and they all said they cant believe how well it rides. The heavier the car then the less 'bounce' its going to have.

The most common thing I see is that over time the ride quality will decrease.
for the first 1.5 yrs on my mk3 rode alright then once I went low the ride quality almost exponentially became worse.
Guess that's to be expected with these...

I installed a set on my 09 Jetta Sportwagen, and so far they have been great. They really aren't too bouncy at all (maybe due to being a heavier vehicle)?

I rode in an e46 with racelands and that was just about the worst riding car I've ever been in. Rokkors vary from ok to bad, same thing goes for JOM's and racelands though.Originally posted by 7ate9 View Postfeedback from you or pals on rokkor vs raceland ultimos?

I've got JOMs on my E30. They go low, but ride quality after a year and a half blows.

I heard rokkors go lower than joms. I installed my joms over the weekend, good ride and I found them pretty comfortable. I enjoy themOriginally posted by 7ate9 View PostThey are so cheap $$$ = 200+ USD .. . I would try em or should I go Rokkor / Raceland for my E36
