Any information about this Work Center Cap Wrench

I got this wrench with my Work stolz about two years ago. The stolz were brand new along with this wrench. So far everyone who I talked to that knows more then me about rare wheels has never seen this before and are calling it flying unicorn pig rare.

I have gotten a lot of offers to buy it but Id feel better knowing just how rare or whatever it is
