Question about refinishing Bentley Mulliners?

I'm about to attempt my first wheel refurbish and I have a few questions, I've already found out how to rid the lips of curb rash (from previous owner). Next is painting the centers, how exactly do I pull the center caps apart and still be able to reuse the chrome "bentley motors" ring? Also where can I find the bolts and what should the torque specs be? Last but not least what color should I go? Choices are OEM, candy white centers w/ polished lips, fully polished, or a more brilliant silver center with polished lip? Sorry for all the questions, I did try search and google but its kinda difficult finding info on these wheels.
