oops i just realized kilean answered my question... that's how i thought they would end up. O and i'm prepared to roll and pull the hell out of my fenders lol. i just finished buying all new suspension, bushings control arms blah blah blah.... now i need to rebuild my rims that's y i'm here lol but thanks for the info...is there any where other than black forest industries to buy lips...they do have evrything you would need to rebuild them though

No need to be a wise guy seandub...and i am in no means arguing. I know how to measure a wheel bead to bead and my rims are 7" wide. The question i asked is how to know how wide my lips are now. Some one stated above that they may be .5" lips and that may be true but when i googled how to find out i read that you need to run a straight edge across the outside of rim from lip to lip as show in the pic and measure from the face of rim up to straight edge which gave me 1". So either way if i were to buy 2.5" lips i would only be adding 2" if they are .5" lips and 1.5" if they are 1" lips right??? That prob sounds confusing but any and all help is appriciated. And thanks to all that are putting their input in this thread.

Fuck it, he acknowledged that he was measuring incorrectly, and then argued about it some more.
He's obviously smarter than us. Good luck pal.

LOL Dave.
Assuming its a .5" lip the new width of the wheels would be 9" you can do a 9.5 on the Integra rear rolled fenders and a slight pull if the offsets are right. You can't just order new lips though and expect it to work though, if the offsets are wrong you're day will be all sorts of fucked.

my girlfriend is pushing down on the straight edgethats why it looks like .75" . I measured them before i took the picture and its 1". My guess is whatever lips i would want to order 2" or 2.5", i would just need to subtract the size i have and that would give me the amount of inches i'm gaining. Correct

They look like .5" lips, but we have no way of knowing just how wide they are until you measure them correctly.
IF they are .5" lips, do some simple math, and that'll give you your answer. It's not rocket science.

i did use google and this is how it told me to measure them lol. my question is how wide would they be if i bought 2.5" lips

those lips you show in the pics are referred to as .5" lips. you dont measure to the outermost part of the lip but rather where the bead of the tire sits.
so in this case add 2" to your width if you want a true 2.5" lip and 1.5" if you want a 2" true lip.

lips are actually 1.5 inches but with a atraight edge across the wheel they are an inch off the center as in the pic. again the wheels are 16x7 +45
