Try the impact while applying pressure to the round top of the bolt to try to keep the whole thing from spinning. Is the bolt supposed to be splined at all?
that's the funny part... i was trying impact and nothing, and there is nothing to hold the bolt, it spins always with the nut.
i don't know, maybe the wheel sealant/silicone must hold it tight, but the wheels are pretty old, without any care so this might be the reason for the shitty situation.
after all i want to sell them and wanted to refurb them...

Guys, need some help, just tried out everything and - one big nothing, can't unscrew the nuts, they simply turns with the bolts, and the bolts don't have any grip, the heads are rounded/spherical and can't hold it...
