Help with lips.

I was taking apart my wheels to get ready to polish and clean them when I came upon what looked like could be a 3 piece wheel instead of the 2 piece I had first thought them to be.





Can anyone confirm or deny for me please? Id love them to be 3 piece since I want wider wheels.

If they are 3 piece, are there any lips/barrel out there with 36 bolt holes?
