Snagged some monoblocks

Picked these up for my little brother and his 00' 1.8t. Been helping him do some things to it in the past few months. Its got some coils, short throw, put some new seats in it, already had ecodes butI got him some hids and some other things for his birthday. But anyways, whats the easiest was to drill these out to fit the audi 14mm lugs? They are meant for MB 12mm. I'm waiting to buy hubcentric rings because we may need to grab some spacers anyways. trying not to send them to a shop because he is only 17 and its def a budget build. Any help would be appreciated.

I think they should look pretty good. He wants to paint them seafoam.
