Probably not but my brother folded his front ny license plate so you can only see the letters and numbers sort of like a euro plate. lol I have no idea how he hasn't been stopped for it yet here in ny.

I just tweaked the front to go a little lower. The rear still has a mile of travel, but it's sitting on the wheel lip here...
