Wow. You guys are annoying.
This was one of the first cars to actually take some airbags and modify them for a vehicle designed to go low. Yes, there was air suspension back then, but not aftermarket air setups. Citroens use hydro pneumatic setups.

air suspension has been around for sooo long, like honestly almost as long as cars have been around. I worked at AccuAir for a very short time and they gave me a book on the history of air suspension and I was surprised with how long it has been around and how it really hasn't changed all too much, I think it's the management side of things which really improved over the years.
