It depends on which suspension you're on, depending on the lowness and amount of camber, the inside lip of the wheel can hit the coilover assembly. All about the setup I guess lol.
You would have to run a shit ton of camber to hit lol, at least in the rear. I have about 2-3mm clearance between tire and knuckle and 2 inches to the coilover...yours must be different lol...lowness shouldn't make much of a difference either since the coilover assembly stays in the same spot
I'd say it can be done..I run 18x9.5s as well exceptin a +35 offset with a wider tire. If someone were to get a 18x10 in a +28 or below it should clear theoretically (add .5" total so .25" each side which is about 6mm, so subtract 6 from 35 and you get 28 to be safe).
I know I have said this before, but I am jealous how much lower you can go than I :p
