I have proxes 4's on an S4 and they suck even with the awd. all directional tires suck in the snow imo. Being slammed really doesnt help either, I know its against religion but the higher you raise it the better off your gonna be.

If I don't have reaction? Traction? It'll make a huge difference than rwd, are you serious.Originally posted by PavelK313 View PostIf your don't have reaction, which you won't. Awd is not going to make that big of a difference.

sidenote, stance works is great cause people actually respond and converse rather than the assclowns on audizine that just look at pictures, maybe read, then press back and go on their merry way.

Vermont Trip
What's up everyone, I'll be taking my b5 s4 to vermont for a snowboarding trip with some friends in january and am having some mixed thoughts on my wheel setup. Currently on:

and am a little skeptical about putting on my winter setup (dunlop wintersport 3d's) but two of the tires are bald and i'm not throwing $340 for two new tires right now.
Was thinking about just keeping these on my car and just watch the forecast for vermont the days i'll be there.. does anyone have any experience with a slammed car in harsh winters on falken 512's. I know, I know, not the best tire but it's gotta be better than 2 bald tires. Falkens were put on in the summer so they only have 1500 miles on them.
I'm gonna have to raise the car up 1/4" in the front and 1/2" in the rear to account for the extra weight of 4 people and all our shit.. but I'm just looking for some insight. TIA
Food for thought:
