The Rat Rod currently sits at the other side of our building. On that side they build Fiero kit cars. You can see the car next to it will eventually be a "Ferrari".


On another note. Todays mission, taking apart the TH350 tranny. Good thing we have the book. There's a lot of parts here.

It is nice to see a " Rat Rod " made from a BM , i do love a Rat something about using anything to create something mental, also this is the first time i think i seen a BMW even being used for something like this, you got my vote all day long. In my own thoughts i had while being baked looking at the RMW pretending i owned it ( hahaha ) i thought i should keep the original 2002's wheels on it or something similar. it is almost like you are giving it new life like something out of Mad Max i would love to see it being kept as true to the 2002 as possible but it is just sort of flattened ( not sure if it is the right word for it ) . I also love the idea of a ceiling mounted shifter the words " Engage " springs to mind hahahaha.

This is so awesome. I'm loving the way the '02 body looks in a rat configuration especially the ass end. I just think it looks cool especially with the longer wheel base. Yeah the rear wheel set up looks a bit awkard since there is space to see the wheel wells but it will look rad with wheels tigher against the body like you guys have planned. Plus it's way to early to be critisizing and the work looks legit. Seeing what he's done so far, I have faith John will create something ridiculously dope
