The suspension wont let me go lower, But this z3 M you posted does not have the same front bumper, so it looks lower in the front, but it's definetly a little bit lower,

But Icelandic roads are probably the worst roads in the world, so the car scrapes everywhere,

3 cm from the ground to the x brace under the car

You are correct on that, the M bumper is a tiny bit lower because of the splitters but not by much.
