I never said i was better than any other mk4 owner if thats what your saying. I'm sure that my car is no different than any other mk4, all i was saying is that it seems like people don't like my car for those reasons. i wish i could afford some new wheels and put it on bags or something but i just cannot right now.

I'm not going to get into this right now but there are a lot of things wrong with the statement. Its been a long day and I'm aggravated so I will withhold my response until tomorrow when I can formulate something more reasonable as a response.

You bring up a valid point and maybe people are coming off a bit strong but there is major flaw in your train of thought. I'll show you why through a PM tomorrow. I like and respect your attitude on the forum and I dig the fact that you bring something different to the table.



Your also just asking for trouble with comments like this. If you don't want to be critiqued and have people suggest things because you feel like you are doing something significantly different and better then all other mk4 owners then thats fine just ignore the bad and take in the good. If you are satisfied with where you are at then more power to you just don't expect people to not post there opinions. It is a forum after all.

If you want some useful advise then nitpick through the comments and take what you find useful. Ignore the rest if it bothers you.

Not that it helps, but if your car was a Volvo and you introduced yourself on a Volvo forum with that color combo and those anthracite wheels, people would post only praise and pages of it. The only thing that would trump it as a Volvo over there would be flat black paint job and bronze wheels.

lol well it makes me feel better lol. but i wouldnt mind having new wheels. I just don't have the money for new wheels at the time. But thanks for being one of the nice ones lol

You live in NC. The car should have a mkv oil pan on it and tuck atleast an inch of tire. Your roads are a breeze.

Thinking on a budget....Id go lower (obviously), change the tails, paint the wheels a lighter color, and remove the tint. I like the car color though.
