My e21 has been through some changes over the past 2 years. Here is the 2 minute story. (FYI I have automotive A.D.D. and always have 15 projects going on at once)
found her dead in a yard. paid 200 and walked away with an 81 323i with 85k on the clock.



Started to rip apart the engine. I learned so much about kjet in about a month before i decided that I dont want to know about it anymore. Motronic and 2.5 was in store.

Pulled everything out of the bay and started to strip it down to metal.




Also decided to take care of some cancer on the frame.


swapping the engine was super easy but as far as electronics all I have to say is thank god for the internet.

built this dangerous ass thing to put it in

Sent some parts to get coated

The original gas tanks were to rusty to try to save so a cell made life easier.
Cut out the spare tire well to fit the cell in the back
Plumbed up brand new hard lines from front to back. plus a new inline pump

Wanted to do a e36 rad so I could have a more cleaned up bay. Everyone that has tried to properly fill an M20 with coolant knows they are not the easiest. Spent the better part of a weekend trying to get the system to burp.



Spent a few hours polishing up the wheels I bought at a swapmeet

Did a slight pull since everything rubbed all the way around.

Sanded down the exterior and cleaned up some rust here and there. Which eventually led to the car being flat white. (will be painting it one day.)

also obviously wanted her to be low



The interior was super shitty. So i made some brackets for a set of e36 seats. even hook up for some power!

Got pulled over 2 times for driving with no hood



As of right now she is sitting in a cold ass garage for the next couple of weeks while I wait to get a new fuel pump. Plans for the winter are style 19s, new exhaust with headers, and if time allows a 5 speed in place of the 4
