Hello everyone! Always took lots of time to wander the Stanceworks forum and see some awesome cars, but I finally decided to make some time to start posting starting with my own thread. Just over 4 years with my GTI so I'm already a little ways into modifying. But there's always stuff to be done so I should always have some new content.
Here is how it sits today
Won't make a huge essay about all the little things but here is a little timeline of how it started. I started off with a lowering springs, carbonio forge splitter, golf ball shifter, new emblems, r pedals, boost gauge, oem 20th front valance, swapped out the ariettas for a set of monte carlos.

How it sat by summer of 2011
Summer 2012 came my first brand new wheel purchase: 18x8.5 et35 Rotiform Nue
15mm spacers in the rear which I had from my previous wheels - 225/40/18 p zeros
Summer 2013 after I finished school I was able to take care of a few more things to get it how it sits now
Exterior
oem 20th side skirts
oem votex hatch spoiler
Glass headlight lenses with black surrounds
Euro stubby mirrors
Aero wipers
Euro gti tails with rear fog
Interior
GTI mojo mats
MK6 GTI shift knob with suede shift boot
Funk button
City Golf Volk-L radio
Finished some minor touches left on aluminum trim
Engine Bay
Red top fsi ignition coils
IE ignition coil adapters
R8 oil cap (later replaced by Bentley cap)
R8 coolant cap
Black valve cover
Polished intake manifold
Suspension
FK Streetline coilovers
Added 5 mm spacers for the fronts after they started rubbing on my tires which are too big (for now)

Unitronic Stage 2 Flash
3' CTS Turbo Downpipe
Stage 1 Clutch with lightened flywheel
Future Plans:
New wheels/smaller tires so I can sit lower next season
Figure out what to do for suspension...looking for something other than FKs
Perhaps some more go fast goodies
