What up guys! i dont post here much, but i actively lurk. figured id post my car and hope to get internet cool points and maybe some advice.
back story, im from San Antonio and ive been into cars forever, but im poor so other than boring dailies, i never have had a "fun car". i at one point had a v6 swapped mr2, i think its in my thread history, but the car was in terrible shape (frame was fucked), and life got in my way and i ended up selling it. now im at a point where im comfortable with having a 2nd car. i knew i wanted a drift car, ive been into drifting since 2004 (thanks bubba drift!) and had to get something FR. im still poor and am all about a budget build, so i researched everything. 240s? too expensive for shitastic examples in my area. RX7? lol, no rotary please. so i ended up deciding an E30/E36 was for me. it was just a matter of finding the right one.

after purchase and a new set of Kumho Ecsta ASTs im in it for under $3k.
since this is budget because i dont have alot of extra cash, itll be awhile before im ready to hit up events. im aiming for next year. i currently plan on doing the basic e36 maintenance stuff like the entire cooling system. also a welded diff, racing seat, and a QR nardi wheel, then a legit helmet.
