So since im a little OCD first thing i did was cleaned up the car and started looking around what really was going to grind my gears!!! I ordered all powerflex diff bushings rear and front center and powerflex rtabs, along w uuc trans mounts and reinforcement cups along with uuc street engine mounts.... Don at slightly over built helped with the install! and the trans and engine mounts me and my buddy Brian did at home... 5 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 3 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 6 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 7 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr
along with those i got a k&n intake w an extra maf sensor! and the subframe was inspected at our local bmw dealer where my buddy works and also at slightly over built w don! zero issues! as some of the dealer foam stuff has been added before to keep it secure (some new bs the deal has being doing, since the subframe issue is on their black list...blah blah some dealer crap)
-then i figured id take my door card off and fix the ugly trim that for some reason was lifting the paint of the trim itself (very weird) someone cleaned them w some strong stuff... so they came out amazing and back to oem mint look =] 11 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 12 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 9 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr
at that time i already had picked up a set of ccw classics that were on my buddy kacpers zm- coupe and clearly the rear specs were a bit 2 much for my likes and fitment for my m3! so i ordered 2 lips from ccw and took down the rear from 18x12 et10 to 18x11 et22 much better.... photo 2 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr

but then i changed my plans and sold them to a friend of mine added some cash and ended up w the floss design 17 to 18 convrt rs 321s =]]]]]]]
specs are-
18x11.5 et24 3.5inch lips also polished barrels
18x10 et21 3.0inch lips also polished barrels
centers were powdercoated gloss white at espo in staten island great work
tires are falken 912s 27 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 26 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr
well i wasnt really into the clear lights so i ended up getting all oem amber lights along with nice new oem gray M floor mats as the car came w some ugly after market black mats(one amber turn signal was broken so ecs send me a 2nd one) =] 14 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr
then figured hey i need suspension now! so i picked up the phone called bc coilovers placed a order for some custom rate and adjustment BR type coilovers
14k rear rate
12k front rate
Extreme low kit 4.75 inch rear springs and 5 inch front springs! along with the proper sway bar links =]
well figured to be on the safe side i ordered reinforcement plates for the strut towers both front and rear from turners! also got new rear hawk hps brake pads, 17mm oil magnetic drain plug to replace that pos stripped 6point bolt that came on the car! grabbed a case of 10w60 and new oem oil filter and took care of that the coilovers are not installed yet they just came in the mail today! 19 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 23 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 21 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 20 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr 24 by vivala3nicky, on Flickr
other mods/ etc coming soon before the new season!!!
new oem clutch this one has life left in it Im just OCD lol
CSL rear defuser!
Status Gruppe Axle Back Exhaust
Status Gruppe Front 1 piece carbon lip
Active Autowerks Rear Strut bar!!!
Hope to get some stock 18x9rear square wheels so i can get rid of those replica m5 wheels that came with the car! (winter wheels)
This is how the wheels were on my buddies static e46 m3! (Note) in the first picture of his vert the car was bagged
So i woke up Monday morning and noticed I had a flat go figure, I though I ran over a big ol bolt, I ended up taking my wheel over to my buddies tire shop and when we removed it off the wheel, I was like "W T F" i had nailed a freaking spark plug... lol so I just ended up getting a brand new tire and now that this tire is much newer even with the same psi pressure its trowing off my tire pressure sensor here and there and its pretty annoying I want to look into it and see if its possible to code out that entire bs... I really doubt its possible though ny by vivala3nicky, on Flickr
...anyway yesterday I ended up going to my buddy Keiths in NYC, and we (he) lol installed the coils dialed them in installed new rear brake pads, painted the calipers, cut rolled and slightly pulled the rears, after words i lowered the car another inch from the pictures under and took it over to get an alignment..
final specs...
front toe- 0.18 total
rear toe- 0.16 total
front camber- -4.0 there wasnt more needed to fit the rs, so I wasnt going to run ant extra for no reason...
rear camber- -3.5 with the stock camber arms...
