I plan on getting mk1 strut inserts for the front any recommendation for the back ?

I'm probably going to call up a family friend (previous owner of the car) and see if he can machine a set of spacer for the back

I have spent the passed two days working on the car and this is the result.

    Bought new hardware

    Painted the struts smurf

    And here is the result

I'm loving the fitment in front as for the back I need a 2" spacer to get it sitting the wayI want it.

Small update. I got bored the other day and mocked up the foha lip/bumper what ever its called… I never thought that I would be reusing my cracked oil pans but, here they are holding up the lip.

since the bmw's battery is now in the jetta (old one died) I removed the battery rack since its going in the trunk

And today I got to work on the coil over build

hopping to get a lot done tomorrow
