So leak down test showed the rings on 1 are gone. Plans are to pull the engine go threw it all check valves cams get head cleaned resurfaced and then get block resurfaced cleaned and if pistons are in spec use those if not by new ones new rings and bearings on all 4 and new chain head gasket and replace other gasket. Then get a skid plate made to the oil pan even with the motor raised it still was busting them. Then im tossing around the idea of of wire tuck Ive tucked alot of hondas bays so why not try it on this. But any who its going to be a busy winter and I will update threw out the whole process.

it's amazing how well the interior holds compared to what seem the interior in 'modern' cars. By interior I mean seats, and by seats I mean I don't see any tears in what is a 38yr old car.

Todays mission when I got off work was try and wash it and clean out the inside then next once I find my leak down tester try and find why 1 has no compression

Then I degressed the engine bay to make working on it a little easier

then I cleaned out the inside and found a half of bottle of 2 year old jager and it tasted ok

Then I sat on the inside to check frame clearances I weight about 270

frame is less than inches from the ground things are going to get sketchy really fast

That interior is so clean. The four cylinder is slow, but so easy to work on. Good project!
