Yea man, fairly sure ive seen you post before too. Saw you're into Jeeps too. I've got a XJ with 3" lift, 31's, and steel bumpers and the gf does too only with 33's, 4.5" lift and ALOT of pink
Not much has been done, just been sitting on jackstands in the garage due to overheating ( which I found to be caused by the thermostat missing, I can thank the PO for that ) and a pesky oil leak from the oil pressure sensor. Just waiting on parts from Pelican Parts now.
But some awesome news that had me giddy all day at work after I got a text from my girlfriend saying my BCs with 8k and 10k spring rates came in the mail weeks early
Oh and for $30 couldn't pass up getting a personalized license plate
cotton balls, I cant stand the sound they make when you rub them, sends shivers down my spine. Im not even sure if they make a sound but I cant stand it.
So ive had an overheating issue so I swapped out the fan clutch, radiator cap, and bled the cooling system yet again. It doesn't overheat nearly as fast anymore but still will if I get stuck in city traffic for too long
She cools right back down as soon as I get going again tho so I don't think its the water pump or t-stat, once im moving its usually way down at the quarter mark. I think im gonna wire the electric fan in front of the radiator that is for the ac to the ignition and maybe that'll knock out the overheating I hope.
And then discovered while bleeding on an incline while jacked up this oil leak!! Doesn't leak oil at all when level though
Picked up these bad boys
And got a killer deal on this cherry picker and engine stand for $50
Ordered some BC Racing coilovers, build time is 2-3 weeks for custom orders and since I requested some stiffer spring rates to avoid rubbing I now have to be patient
HOWEVER, its weird, I have this phobia I guess you'd call it where at restaurants, couches, etc I **** and cannot sit on seats with rips and the insides coming out and the seats in the car were complete trash. I have a best friend who can't touch corduroy, felt or, Styrofoam with out getting goose bumps so maybe its something like that.

ya man definitely, i haven't been in a while due to 'fuck that i'm sleeping in' syndrome but once i get my new wheels and get them on i'll definitely be there
i got 195/40 on 9J and its not that much stretch.. its a vredestein tyre, maybe because of this.
but i would not choose anything wider than 205/40 on a 9,5J.
Stretch is the only way to drive low on the front axle.
here thats tha maximum that i can drive, its rubbing a bit at full turn. and thats with 9J and 195/40 , maximum camber, exzentric bushes and rolled arches.
See yours look really good! I was looking at pics on zilvia.net and the 205s I saw stretched on 9.5s you could see half an inch of barrel on both sides. Maybe its the vredestein tires run a little wide? Ill have to look into them.

More stupid stuff that was needed came today, m tech bumper bolts that were over $3 a bolt but were def needed since the PO decided to just put a wood screw thru the bumper to hold it on. And power steering belt, radiator cap, and fan clutch since she keeps overheating when im not at freeway speeds.
