Those wheels actually look super rad, theres only so few sets of XT-7's in the US, It matches the car perfect and those are triple projectors! I can't wait for the new shell!

Thanks guys. I'll be heading back to the shop Thursday to get started on it. The new shell already has 300zx rear brakes (to match my fronts) whiteline sways, poly bushings, aftermarket ruca's aftermarket toe arms and caster rods. And the thing only has 124k compared to my 232k :p I'm stuck between repainting it sandstone beige or going with something different. I will be doing aftermarket engine mounts (probably 80a drift freaq mounts) and a new clutch. Rear fenders need to be rolled a bit more and camber adjusted slightly. I'm buying a shit ton of simple green and going ham when I go up there again. Keep the feedback coming!

My friend went back to the shop last night and took a shot of the car. She sits and waits for the new shell to come up monday, then the car will be torn down and everything moved over to the new shell and painted.

    Enjoy!

    thank you sir!

SO, my silvia front already shipped to my house ALREADY. I couldnt believe how fast it got here, i havent even gotten the shell up to the shop yet.

    Contents that arrived:

And since i was so excited, i tried it on the current car just for shits and giggles. Mind you this was held on all with zip ties and tape! i realize the bumper is crooked, i only had one bolt in the bumper support!

I think it looks fucking awesome. another side note, is i might try to fit some wrx seats in the car. im probably getting em for free so i might as well try em out :P

wheels might also be up for sale if anyone is interested... i wanna go with a 17 instead of an 18. Work Emotion XT7 18x9.5 et12 all 4 corners. 225/40/18 tires.

    stay tuned for more updates!

If I were getting a free respray and I was swapping parts over I would just completely strip the good shell and do a complete color change. Then it's like building a new car. Allowing you to really make it yours. Especially if you have a car to drive around while you build. Who knows, you might get a deal on a motor and goodies for it as you put it together.

BTW: This is coming from a guy that will buy a complete car for the wheels or motor and part the rest out.
Thank you! I am not a fan of hatches at all! I thought of this. I originally wanted it to be blue platinum metallic 2 tone. Mainly I wanted to keep an OEM Nissan color. I may change my mind. But either way it will come out good. I just have to pay for the supplies. Im sure whatever my choice is it will look good. I have no intentions of kitting this car. Just a clean Silvia front coupe!
