You shouldn't have to go through with the USPS claim on the tray. Make the company you bought it from do it since they are the ones who are responsible for the packaging. Any good company would take matters into their own hands to remedy a situation like that.

So ordered a Vip tray, wont say who from. but im not too happy with the quality.

Shipped wrapped in one small layer of bubble wrap, and nothing in the box to cushion it. box had a Hole in it (usps fault), but from the mal-treatment and improper packaging. the tray was broken in transit, and i will have to file a lengthy complaint to usps to get any money from insurance. the quality on the "brushed silver" is also a let down, normal chrome striping haphazardly sanded down to bare plastic on every corner, as well as the black leather peeling up from the phone holder sections, from lack of trim pieces. over not happy and will be completely redoing them, i will say, person who made them was apologetic and not a dick about any of it. that being said i will still be handling them myself, to make sure they end up exactly the way I want.

wheels will be disassembled this week, brand new lips and barrels are on their way. 20" step up, full tuck all the way around. never thought i would ever have 20" wheels
