Hey everyone! I have decided that it is about time that I get a build thread going on my Bimmer! Before we go to far I want to give a shout out to my friends and all of the people that have encouraged me and that got me started in the euro scene! Without their help and guidance I don't know what boring car I would be driving right now 
Anyways, I started out doing photography at local car meets and for car clubs/groups. (Photography is another passion of mine) I originally was planning on getting an e30 but ended up deciding on an e36. I don't remember what really drove me to end up getting the e36 over the e30 but it happened! They are both awesome cars and I can't place one above the other honestly!
So I bought the car (1993 325is coupe) for $3000 and it was in pretty good condition for the price. The interior was messy but the vital parts like the dashboard etc. were in great condition. The engine ran great and the exterior for the most part was in fairly good condition too. I guess it goes without saying that it IS a standard! No other way for my car! Off the bat there was not any major problems, just a lot of small ones. After I cleaned up my car (washing, waxing, vacuuming out the interior, etc.) I was able to see where it stood with aesthetics. In the interior I needed to replace the front seats (or have them re-upholstered, replace the shift boot and parking brake boot, replace shift cover, replace headliner, and I wanted to replace the sound system with one that would work well.
THE OVERALL GOAL:
I want a ride that will be "low and slow" in the end and that will be flush all around. I am on a very tight budget and do not plan (at this point anyways) on investing a lot into it.
