Got round to taking all the trim off my bumpers and started to sand them. Front bumper is all done rear is halfway done. Also finished up restoring the rest of my side moldings.

Has to be over a certain age IIRC. That said, James at Bimmerworld has a crazy turbo'd Touring that he imported from Sweden.

Scored some M-Sport rear lights the other day for 30quid Will try fitting them at the weekend if it doesn't snow!



Putting my other Mini on eBay tonight to fund some more parts for this and a new camera. Pretty bummed, but I gotta make some cash. And only 3 days until I can drive this too!

Braved the cold and threw on the M-Sport rear lights. Absolute doddle..I did lose a nut though Makes a big difference



Finally able to drive this tomorrow

Well it was my birthday on Sunday, so that means I am now fully insured and the car is taxed for a year

Can't tell you how good it is to drive it and see it sitting there at work I'm super stoked.

Haven't really done anything to the car since the rear lights..I've just been enjoying driving it. Weather was nice today, so I took it up one of my favorite roads and snapped a couple pictures







Painter says I won't be able to get it painted for another week or so...ughh.
