BMW E36 M3 Build

A friend and I got our hands on a BMW E36 M3 for free. It's been modified and used on the track and unfortunately that didn't go so well. It still has an engine on the pictures but it's being removed for use, after that the BMW is ours. Our plan is to build it back to original. We're thinking about swapping it with a S54. It original was a S50B30. We've got no experience what so ever, and already figured out this is a hard project to start with.
