Here is the M-sport bumper I got off the forums for a great price. Had a nice size crack in it. I was really excited when Maaco the body shop only charged me $300 to fix the crack and repaint the whole thing.
Here it is before:

Thanks for the guide. I was planning on getting a pair, they have a bunch at the local scrap yard and my buddy also has a set for sale. I will deff need that write up to put them on. I thought it was going to be way easier tho damn.
It's not bad, just drilling and a few clips.
still waiting on a good driver's side to pop up at a local yard myself

Had one of these, never really bothered to mod it but what a classic shape. If you get it anything like that white one. You've done well because you can only really describe that as perfect
Ok I was hoping to get coils by now but I decided I can wait on those until a little later. Instead I just bought a used M-Sport bumper from a bimmerforum member. It has a little crack in it and the repair needs to be finished but I got it for a great price. The M-Sport bumper is by far my favorite looking front end for these cars and I cant wait until everything comes together. I can have a fun winter project of finishing the repair on the bumper and setting it up for paint while I gather my funds together for coilovers.
I rekon it will end up looking something along these lines....
