Update:
Not much has been happening on the car itself.. Just been driving it around a lot more then i usually would. Its been fun
Did some skids to which is always cool ;p
Also got voted No.1 street car by the Blog The Lowdown which is awesome considering the cars that i beat to take that spot.
Heres the pic.

Read all through the article here..
- Words: Jason Hanif & Ryan Lewis. Photos: AJRC Photography, Matyas Fulop, Philip Nguyen. The last twelve months have been huge for us Aussie modifiers. For some it's been a long, uphill battle against defects and breakdowns, and for others it's been a year of good fortune and successes. Either way, we've all spent way too
Its cool when this sort of stuff happens.. Like there are a lot of cool cars especially the Evo and Gtr but yet they still got beaten by a little homo mobile :p

Because street car :p. but seriously I didn't see the point in removing it. I was only new to this track stuff this year so there wasn't any point to strip that out. Probs only weighs like 5kg if that.

This is the most fantastic Miata I think I've ever seen.
It's got so much style, but as you can see, it's made for driving.
Seriously incredible. I notice you seem to have a lot of instagram photos. What's your username?

This car is definitely impressive and the stuff you do with it is damn well inspiring. Hope you don't mind me biting your style a bit when the time comes for me to build my own, but you pulled off a bunch of things very well with your ride

man i love this build, its a great overall build, looks pretty, well built motor setup, but its the face that you track it what seems like every weekend, its exactly what i want to do with my miata, weekend warrior race car, lots of inspiration coming from you, keep it up!

Update:
Went to the drags the other night on the nt01's. best of 12.8 at 114mph With passenger and that was low boost so around 200rwkw.
Pretty shitty launches so with better tires and on high boost I reckon low 12's maybe high 11's is possible depending on how I launch it lol.. Maybe even raise the rear a bit to help get it off the line. It was good fun so definitely want to try it again
heres a pic:

Also a few more pics popped up from the track the other weekend..

I have.. But the only way I'd add a diffuser is if i was doing it proper and make up a flat floor so from splitter back it's flat. That way I could get the best out of the diffuser otherwise there minimal gains

very nice, gota love being able to drive the car to and from the track
Have you considered adding a diffuser to smooth out the airflow out the back, it looks like it would be rather turbulent over there.
