It has been a while and did a few changes to teh Zuk. Here's a shot of her cleaned up:

Threw a bigger pair of rally lights on. Made the mount my self!

A buddy of mine hooked me up with some Enkei G5's (I think). They seem to be OEM Acura wheels.
    18x8 +40 with 235/40 section tires mounted

Sold the Buddy Clubs (great wheels btw) and now I'm rolling on the Enkeis.

Here's a throw back pic..This was wayyy before I had coils. Loved the look of the P45R's. Too bad the WHOLE set was bent. Horrible quality.

    Update!

Here's a pic of the Cobras sitting on the lowest coil settings

Even after doing a mild fender pull, the car was rubbing like crazy. It was not practical at all..I couldn't even haul my fatass brother around. So I decided I needed a set of temp wheels and I removed a collar from my coils. I bought some '08 Miata wheels and boy did it sit low..it was hellatucked!

Then I bought some *real* wheels. Very light and loved the simplistic look they provided

    Buddy Club P1 SF 17x7 +42

Here's a pic of them mounted..the car is SUPER dirty and I'm waiting for my 10mm spacers to get here. The spacers will provide a perfect flush with the fender.

    And another:

Forgive me for the crappy pictures. I'm trying to score some Suzuki Swift parts (direct swap) so I can spruce up the interior. Looking for some front lip solutions and also ordering another light bar with 4 Hella 500s mounted on them.

I rebuilt all four corners of my suspension with new bearings and bushings and also put a collar back on. I left the coils on the lowest setting and the car rides perfect. I do A LOT of commuting every week so it's a very practical setup. I'm able to haul 8-10 wheels with tires mounted on them in my car .

    Anyways keep it up!
Thanks!!! I'm still waiting for my coilovers so I can dial in my correct settings. So excited! I'm going to use it at the track and autoX also.

Here's a preview of the wheels. Pics don't do justice to the wheels:

    UPDATE:

Got rid of my bent up Rotas..I was getting tired of the shitty ride. I bought some Mustang Cobra wheels..more specifically the 03/04 Terminator wheels. No rash NOTHING! The previous owner had painted it and it needs some sprucing up. I have tires stretched on them but nothing too crazy. Just a mild stretch. I also have a set of coilovers on order so more lowz! But, it's going to be a functional drop since I daily the crap out of my car.

Pic of the wheels (not actual but same) and specs are 17x9 +26. They're stamped with Ford on the inside so I'm assuming they're real..They were originally chrome. I'm thinking about polishing my set..

Actually there are more! Many international examples especially in Japan and China. We actually have a guy based in Japan who gets us Swift parts. Most of the interior is interchangeable and some of their suspension components also.

I know a guy building a Suzuki Baleno/Esteem here in Austin, TX. It goes quick!

    And thanks

    Ahhh yes..FWD lmao

    Ok soooo...

Wheel dilemma..This is all before my coilovers. I'm currently dropped on Tein S-Techs with about an inch of gap F and 1.5in R:

I have the Rota P45Rs in Matte Black and red lip. 17X9 +30

Or get 18in BBS RKs (width I'm guessing is 7.5 or 8. IDK about offset..the owner seems clueless)

Or get a set of gold BBS wheels found on the '05 Sti. 2005-07 WRX STI BBS
    Size: 17x8"
    Offset: +53
    Bolt pattern: 5x114.3

All are in great shape with no bends or cracks. No curb rash either. I just want something more durable..my Rotas are nice but not nice as the BBS wheels. And I found them at killer prices. What do ya'll think? In terms of fitment, both sets will fit without strut rubbing issues.

And for shits and giggles..American Racing steelies with an unknown crazy offset. I tested them for fun lol. They weighed a TON

Haha it's a FWD but I was messing around in a big construction zone! I would actually RallyX this before I went with a lower setup for AutoX/Road courses. This pic was taken when I was in the middle of a "powerslide" or ass slide using my e-brake. Rally ftw

Looking forward to how it sits on coils!
Oh nice! I'm right off 130 and I45. Literally on the border of RR and Pville

Thanks . I've experimented and learned alot with this car. I'm on my third suspension setup (spring and shock experimentation) but never went too low due to my long commutes. So far, I love the way it handles. I'm SO exfited for my coilovers!
