If I remember correctly, I dont think $4k was spent on just the swap on out 2J240... Im sure it can be done. Now you cant use a GETRAG for that price, but should be able to drop a stock 2J setup in there for that price.

UPDATE.
I had a coolant leak, and I fixed it.
Possible plans to sell it soon, Hoping to get around $2500, I've got an SR motor lined up, I think. Swap and flip a few to help fund the next build. Then, when I have way too little money, and way too much time, will I try to take on a 2jz.

I've been looking around for better wheels, too. Honestly, I just want a low offset, 5/6 spoke type wheel. Any suggestions are welcomed.

What can I say, I like the way those 962's look. Nice, without being to flashy. What do you want me to put it on, BBS RS's? Some played out, over priced shit? I mean, sorry if I'm rude, but you don't really have to have $3k wheels for it to be nice. XXR's are cheap, so if I mess up, I could replace them for cheap. What is it, $160 per wheel? And they don't look too shitty. At least I'm not aspiring to have Rotas.

Also, the 2jz has really reduced in price. It's less than either of the RB motors. I'm not doing a super expensive swap. If anything, I could flip this car, and maybe another, and put a 2jz in for around $4k total. The most difficult thing I will have to do is get the gauges to work.

I'm not even going to waste my time. I never said anything about spending 3k on wheels, and I never said anything about RSs. In fact, I think RSs look awful on S13s.

Where in florida are you? I'm in Tampa and there's a madhatter not even 5 minutes from my house haha. Car looks great for what it is! I've grown up around s13's and drifting in general and you sort of have to expect the broken with these cars.

I'm all the way up in Jacksonville. But, funny enough, I bought this car down in Kissimmee. Tampa racing scene is big, I've heard. I'd love to make it down there sometime. We've got a smaller scene up in Jax.
