I don't think there is anything wrong with the 20" wheels actually. on air, if you drop it, and tuck about 3" of that wheel people will drool. and this car is VIP status. gorgeous mate, post more pics

I'd keep the Rials. But they need some stretch, specially in the back. And the fronts could use some spacers and a slight stretch. And then u should lower it proper.
But that's just what i would do.
Anyways keep up the good work the car is badass. Cheers
