What do you mean? I figured all the money is in the preparation work. so do you mean if you do prep just pay someone to lay final colour?

It's more the price of supplys and materials. If you do the prep and finish work you save on labor. Finish and prep are the most labor intense aspect of the job. Paint shops get their supplys cheaper and belive it or not they pass that on to you. I paid more for paint then most paint shops charge for the whole job. Hope that makes sense.

Looks pretty sick, how many miles do you get out of a set of tires?

LOL, you know I'm not quite sure yet. It does burn them. After driving on the free way for a short time you can see the rubber dust around the back bumper and quarter panel. LOL lucky for me I drive a service truck all week and only drive it when I'm off the clock.

No, it's on air. I drive it slamed out but needed to be able to get in and out of parking lots. As of right now this is pretty much my driver when I'm not working.

This was our first time doing anything this extreme. During test fitting the rear wheels stuck out over 4 inches with max camber. There was a time were I was feeling like I was in over my head. Lucky for me, allot of patience paid off.

I know the feeling guys. When I was going to build another drift car, I was going to fix that with a swap. But since I took another route with it I just did the gated shifter conversion and called it a day. I post some of the interior progress when I get back in town.
