I had a close call with tired driving, myself, and have since come to the same conclusion. It sucks to see such a prized possession get dragged away after such a short ownership, especially in a situation that was in the process of being remedied. Falling asleep behind the wheel is my biggest fear. This is the only reason I like the fact that I am awful at falling asleep. You're really lucky you had full coverage though so you'll be back in full swing in no time. I've never had more than bottom of the barrel liability coverage on any of my cars ever lol

So here is the story.

Charlie and I left that morning at 4 am after dropping off Dave and Chris at the airport, I said I would drive the first leg. So were cruising for about 3 hours, and then I started to feel really tired, so I decided I would pull off at the next exit, which was about 1 mile away. I guess I must have fallen asleep because I don't even remember seeing anything in front of me, last thing I remembered was open road, so I'm assuming we hit a bit of traffic around the bend. And when I say hit, I literally mean hit, or actually plowed. I'd guess we hit the back of this mini RV thing at about 75-80 mph, it must have been doing less than 40, cause we hit hard. Airbags deployed, the whole 9 yards. I woke up to seeing the airbags and everything out, and we were still kinda rolling so I pulled it off to the side of the highway. Thankfully no one was hurt, but holy hell was it the scariest thing that has ever happened to me.
