i searched for rat4life couldnt find him, you know him? any chance you can get him in contact with me? i would love to make the paint work.

I really dont have the money to go thru portawalls and setting them. plus i have this intense fear of them shredding and slapping my new paint job. im a pansy ha.

im a little bummed, i really wanted to do portawalls but from all ive read theyre real difficult to manage. Shred at speeds. flap, hard to get someone confident to install them. But whitewalls are outragously expensive and i did a test paint for giggles and loved how it turned out. Ive even got a set of old type 1 hubs lying around that i could throw on my steeles. Anyone have any tips?

currently the gli valence is less than an inch off the pavement all of the pics i have from above are from the fender pull with blown coils so i couldnt go all the way. fks goin on soon.

I live in dc, this is how i have to park everyday. Only go balls deep during show season.

Vento and you were the only ones worried about actually achieving some fitment. the MK3 section on there is no help either seemed like I was the only one ever posting possible solutions to problems on there.

    Go back to sawblades!

I liked the As. Mexi poke is great on a mk4. One of the few cars that can pull it off. Esp with those pulled rears.
thanks. just got a lot of (that censored word) on em. Had a mk3 guy come at me at h20 and straight yell at me for "wishing" i had a mk3. cuz i had played mk3 wheels on a mk4? ha whatever. just hunting for somethin else. again. just want somethin simple and clean so i can be done with this car and get something more....air-cooled.

edit: on a side note, i have to finish pulling the rear bumper to match the pulled fenders. Havent quite arrived at a method for that aside from a heat gun and patience.
