We should hold a meet on either the sunday or the monday afternoon, somewhere near the beach/ around bournemouth like the MK ones, so that all those who arent camping can come down, and all those that are camping can convoy in the sun from the campsite to the meet site

Yeah, I was thinking the same I will be letting everyone know if we have run out of space but basically:

We have, to a degree, limited numbers. Members of Stanceworks and their friends listed above will be checked off as you arrive and pay at the office by the park owners, if your not on the list you will not be let in. The only cars that are allowed are cars owned by contributing members here on Stanceworks.

I just checked distances I thought Bournemouth was much further north ! On that note, it doesn't look like i'll be attending.

Full facilities + everything in the first post, also check out the website for more. We have a large field thingee that will hold 40 ish tents and our cars but looking at it now I might ring tomorrow and check to see what happens if we've got a few more
