there were some unused bolt holes, so we fastened the alum covers on the valve cover powers steering and break to clean up the engine bay,

Looks like you're pasting in the URL for the Flickr page itself, not the image. Follow the directions I posted above exactly, and it should work. It did for me, and I'm not doing any magic over here.
