This is quite awesome so far! Always unique when an R34 comes up on the forums! Cant wait to see further progress of the car! Oh and the O'Connor plate is a nice touch, well done.

Also you could always buy extended lugs and run the 10mm spacer instead of using a bolt-on spacer.

i was thinking that, but im doing a full GTR conversion in the near future so im just going to wait till thats done and get a custom set fitted to my wider fenders.

Crazy that you bought that car with only those 2 low res photos, but it looks like it payed off. Looks great so far.

ok so last night i was looking online at some r34 GTR's, and i noticed that on all of them the right reverse light is red.

The right red light is actually a rear fog light. Theres usually a separate switch for it on the dash.

ok so last night i was looking online at some r34 GTR's, and i noticed that on all of them the right reverse light is red.

so instead of buying a gtr red reverse/brake light online i thought i should make one myself. the reverse light came out with just 1 bolt under the plate (easy). gave the light a quick wet sand with 800 grit paper, then gave it 4 coats of red tint, and topped it off with 2 coats of clear. came out amazing! saved me about $200 and a month of waiting time to receive a GTR light.

why did you sell those wheels? They looked like they fit just fine?

the front wheels needed a 10mm spacer to clear the brakes, and with the spacer the nuts could only do 3 or 4 spins, and it wasnt safe, so i needed to buy bolt on spacers, and with the smallest bolt on spacers those the wheels stuck out waaay too much

Glad you cleaned up the headlights, that's the #1 thing that bugs my about all the R34's here is that the headlights are cloudy as hell and makes the car look super lame. Also why did you sell those wheels? They looked like they fit just fine?
