Thanks man, I thought the exact same thing. As of now its a stock, tired, B21FT. Only mod is a manual boost controller (set to about 10 psi) which gives adequate power for the kind of parking lot drifting my friends and I do.Originally posted by SLAMMED_C View PostWhat a difference those round headlights make, cleans up the front end of the car a lot. This is one cool project. Keep up the great work. Those ccw's should look pretty bad ass.
What's done to the engine, other than 3" exhaust?

Thanks! Those equips look so nice.. actually your entire car is sick haha ya I wanna get the wheels on the car asap.Originally posted by theseeker411 View PostNice Volvo dude, can't wait to see the CCWs mounted up.
My Equips in my sig were re-drilled with inserts. Went from 5X114 to 5X120. Also enlarged the hub bore, so they bolt straight up.
Welcome to StanceWorks.

Maybe it's the contrast.. When you think about it VWs did it too.Originally posted by aprophet13 View PostThanks! Yeah I don't know why, but the round headlights on older boxy cars just looks so good for some reason. E30 was on my list of cars but my dad thought it was "Too old"... ended up getting an '82 lol
Designers were on to something. "Too old"?! Lol the irony.
Definitely subbed. I wanna see how this turns out!

I agree, that's why I am trying to have inserts. Most people say they're doable if you're making a slight change, like 5x120->5x114.3 or 5x114.3->5x108, not like 5x100 to 5x130. The inserts aren't really that noticeable and having wheels in my bolt pattern is much less of a hassle than adapters.Originally posted by Randomofodication View PostI would try to see if you could run adapters instead of a redrill. Never been a fan of dual bolt pattern wheels, and if they drill where the existing holes are I don't think they will fill the old holes to match up
With the face of the wheel, they will just fill in the physical bolt hole. Cool project tho!
this is a wheel with inserts that went from 5x120->5x114.3:

She was different, quirky, but kinda cool. Volvos remind of a cute, "nerdy" girl in your class. Sure, she's kinda weird, maybe a little rough around the edges, and definitely isn't the first to come to mind when you think of looks, but the fact that people overlook
her is sort of what makes her cool. And when she tries to look good those same people who overlooked her think wow she's hot! I decided to go for it.
